If you're expecting a baby, congratulations! There is so much to think about before your little one arrives

Nursery, baby names, doctor appointments, tiny clothes, and approximately a million other things.

One thing I don't want you to forget? Your newborn photography session.

One of the biggest questions I get from expecting parents is, “When should we book our newborn session?”

My answer is simple:

The earlier, the better.

In fact, I actually encourage expecting parents to book their newborn session while they're still pregnant. Why? Because your due date gives us an idea of when your little one will arrive, which allows me to reserve space around that time on my calendar. Babies, of course, don't always follow our plans. 😂 They have their own schedules!

But by booking early, we can plan for that beautiful newborn window without you having to worry about finding a photographer after your baby arrives.

Those first few weeks go by incredibly fast. One minute you're waiting impatiently to meet your baby, and the next you're holding a tiny human wondering how they could possibly already be changing.

That's why I love having everything planned ahead of time. When your baby arrives, you don't need to worry about searching for a photographer, checking availability, or trying to coordinate everything while you're running on very little sleep.

What If My Baby Comes Early or Late?

Don't stress! Your due date isn't a scheduled appointment for your baby. 😉 It's simply a starting point for planning. Once your little one arrives, we'll communicate and choose the best session date based on their arrival and my availability. The goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
