LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY BESTFRIEND.

I can’t believe how fast these girls are growing. Kota loves her little sister so much! It might have been hot this day but you can’t really tell. We had the best session! For as long as I can remember, Jayde was always the best step mom to Kota. When I say best, I mean BEST. She tried for Eliza for almost 4 years. When she found out Eliza was a girl.. She said, “I knew it.” Me on the other hand, I was like I CAN’T WAIT FOR SESSIONS. We started planning maternity as soon as we found out. Oh and the baby shower too. I couldn’t wait for the newborn session. Everything we planned came to life.

We waited for years to have these moments and it only brought us closer. All the pain, unmedicated birth, research, and more paid off. They have to closest bond. Even when Eliza was first born, Kota wanted to hold her constantly. Seeing them grow together is special for their family but mine too… Because they are family. They always have been. So yes to me, these are more than photographs. These are memories for all of us.

I truly hope you never doubt yourself because you are an INCREDIBLE mother.
