Newborn sessions are so incredible. It takes a lot of patience and understanding. I often get, “how do you pose them like that?” Well let me tell you, A LOT of practice and patience. Some even say I don’t know how you do it. I do it because the endless possibilities plus the cuddles are life changing. As someone who did not get newborn photographs, it means the world to me. These are photographs that last a lifetime. Not only that but you get to share them as your little one grows up. They are passed down from generation to generation. That’s why I love getting a variety with your favorite poses and colors. Once I started incorporating hands in them, it made it even more sentimental. You see how small he is inside all of their hands? It is definitely one for the wall. I always say they grow so fast but it proved it by looking at their older girls Juliet and Iris. They are awesome big sisters! Iris just wanted to give her brother kisses and snuggle him. She was a ball of energy. So at the ordering, Kenny and Leiloni were shocked we got so many sibling poses. Juliet is very delicate and focused. She could hold a smile the entire time to make she was ready. It shows you how well she knows her sister. I just kept laughing because all I could think is she is probably tired of holding that smile.

Of course more hands. They definitely fell in love with all the hand poses just like me. I am not surprised they wanted almost all their photographs. Each one was sweet and had a different meaning. When I see all the hands on him, I immediately think.. WE ARE ALL ONE.

He is so loved. Kenny and Leiloni have been together for over a decade and you could tell their love right away. Juliet and Iris were planned and Noah wasn’t. I loved how Dad was just holding and rocking him before we started. You could tell he didn’t want to give him up. I need cuddles too. Haha.

Noah was not a fun of no clothes but I LOVE how comfy these little rompers are. I operate on baby’s time so if they don’t like a pose, I change it. I am good about thinking on spot now. It comes in handy. Haha. Look at the little smirk I even got. <3

Baby Noah looked even smaller when his parents held him. He was Jaundice and had to be hospitalized twice. I was glad to hear that he is almost in the clear. I know Kenny and Leionli were worried. Little Iris has to jump in on the fun. She loved being able to hold baby brother.

I LOVE awake shots. I get too excited when I actually get to capture them. I also know how much parents love them. His little fingers, toes, wrinkles, and pouty lips. Ahhh. It is the cutest. Soon enough, all his features will look different. Maybe a little or maybe a lot but those little hands will grow to be the size of yours. It comes way too soon.
